As all of our products are carefully designed and prepared in small batches, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Please take a moment to review product details and photos before placing your order to make sure you’re happy with your choice.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll be more than happy to help and arrange a replacement where possible.
